Remodelling of single-family house in Quinta da Balaia, Albufeira 

We renovated a two-bedroom villa in Quinta da Balaia, Albufeira. This challenging project was realised with dedication and technical expertise.

In four months, we transformed the property into a contemporary space that combines modern functionality with Albufeira charm.

What we did at Quinta da Balaia

Electrical Infrastructures: We replaced the switchboard and the electric meter, and rewired all the lines, guaranteeing a modern and safe system.

Water Systems: We have altered water lines and pipework in order to achieve greater water efficiency.

Aesthetic Renovation: We repaired and painted the interior and exterior, giving the house a clean, new look.

Flooring: We have installed durable and elegant ceramics in every room.

Carpentry: We create customised solutions: wardrobes, doors and TV furniture.

ExteriorWe carried out masonry work, improving the structure and appearance.

Pool area: We install glass protection, combining safety and contemporary design.
